We use the United States Postal Service as our shipping provider and ship via First Class and Priority Mail. Returns
LIVE IN PEACE accepts returns and exchanges through the mail. Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges, with shipping, is about three (3) weeks, however may be longer during periods of high volume.

Please provide a copy of your receipt for a full refund; without a receipt we will issue you store credit in the form of an on-line Gift Certificate. Additionally, please include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen.
Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance – LIVE IN PEACE cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking and insurance are unavailable.
If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If we cannot exchange the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue on-line Gift Certificate.
